Deeper Don

Deeper Don has been into underground music since the jungle days, listening to Rude FM and Kool FM throughout the mid 90s before moving into UK garage in the late 90s and early 2000s through stations such as Freek FM and Chicago FM.

His passion for music led him to writing lyrics and MCing as MC Rapid on Prime FM and a number of underground stations across London. After taking a break from the scene, his passion for the music was reignited, leading him to step behind the decks.

His sets cover old school H&G alongside progressive UKG. He also enjoys playing afro, tech, tribal and funky house. After hosting a weekly show on Live FM UK, Deeper Don now brings his sound to SubJam with a selection that reflects both the foundations of UK garage and where it’s heading today.
